# Dashboard

From Dashboard tab, you can access to

* Total view the number of conversations initiated via Facebook Messenger
* Total chats you have missed
* Top users: who reached you the most frequently

* Easily track your most and least busy time frames in order to assign suitable resources and attend to your customers need in the most timely manner.
