Whitelist domain

For security reasons, our PingMe app will only work on domains that you have whitelisted.

Please make sure that you have added all domains in the whitelist setting:

  • https://myshopify.com/

  • https://xxxx.myshopify.com/

  • https://api.omegatheme.com/

  • https://apps.omegatheme.com/

  • URL of your store.

In case the interface the above video looks unfamiliar to you, don't worry, please switch to Meta Business Suite interface

Step 1: Switch from your personal Facebook account to Facebook Page account

Click on your profile picture at the top right corner

Step 2: Go to your Page settings and click New Pages experience

Step 3: Choose Advanced messaging

Step 4: In the White-listed domains section, please paste your domains in

Make sure it includes domains with

  • https://myshopify.com/

  • https://xxxx.myshopify.com/

  • https://api.omegatheme.com/

  • https://apps.omegatheme.com/

  • URL of your store.

Then click Add
